At KidsJuniorClub, we want every product to bring joy to your little one. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 15 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Please email us at care@kidsjuniorclub.com before returning an item. Unapproved returns or items returned beyond the 15-day window will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you’re eligible for a full refund or a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.
We may request photos/video or return of the item for inspection. Return shipping for defect inspection must be covered by the customer.
Refunds for Returned Items
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at care@kidsjuniorclub.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked on sale
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (e.g., teethers, bath items)
- Any item returned without prior approval
Orders Not Received
We offer a full refund if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Delays due to customs or force majeure (e.g., holidays, natural disasters)
- Cancellation request after the item has been shipped
Please contact us first before opening a dispute with your payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster directly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank or card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take time).
