At KidsJuniorClub, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely — because we know every delivery brings joy to your little one!
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details when your package ships.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery typically takes 6–14 business days, depending on your location and courier partners.
- Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, location, or seasonal delays.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and 10+ countries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at care@kidsjuniorclub.com.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Some of our packages are shipped from our international warehouses. In such cases, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees — and these must be covered by you, the customer.
We do not control these charges as they vary widely from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
Important Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- No changes can be made to the order once it is placed — including shipping method, address, or items.
- We are not liable for lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please follow up with the shipping provider directly.
Returns on Sale Items
Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged item with valid proof (image/video).
