We offer free shipping on all orders above $50.

At Shoptonix, we appreciate the significance of timely delivery for our customers. All orders over $50 gets free shipping, and an affordable flat rate starting at $4.95 is available to those under 50$.

We proudly ship to 200+ countries.

Our estimated shipping time frame varies between 6-20 days.

Shipping time may be subject to certain restrictive factors, such as: weather, holidays, etc. The timeliness of logistics cannot be guaranteed.

Order processing usually takes 1-2 days. During high volume or crisis periods, processing times may take an additional 2-3 days.

Holiday demands (November & December) can add up to 2+ days on top of normal processing time.

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic & international warehouses based on product availability. Our Warehouses are located in TX-US, GD-CN, SW-PL.

To guarantee that your order arrives in perfect condition, we take great pride and care when packaging our products. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

1.CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING ORDER?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address. So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

2.HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order being shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on our company's website with the tracking number provided.  

It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

3.WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

4.WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

Otherwise, due to the COVID-19, airlines decreased quite a bit, so it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

5.WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
